Mitch has been very helpful in arranging several cruises for us. I really appreciate his availability. I can contact him anytime and he is able to get back with me and answer any questions. I would not think of going anywhere else for my travel needs.

The person who works with us on cruises is Mitch. He is so helpful and kind. We did not use him to book a European cruise, and I wish we had. From now on, we will only book through Mitch.

We booked this cruise with Mitchell Bank and I have only but glowing reviews for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. This will be our first cruise and so with that comes A LOT of questions and some fear of the unknown. Mitch was incredibly quick with his response to any question or issues I had with the reservation and booking process. He made me feel that I was a valued customer and my satisfaction was a priority to him. He is a real asset to the company and we are so excited to set sail this coming week!!!! I would absolutely recommend both this company and especially Mitch to anyone interested in taking a cruise!!!
